AI that saves real hours.
Not AI for the sake of it.
Practical AI that answers customer questions, sorts paperwork and drafts reports. Before you spend a dollar on building it, I’ll tell you how many hours a week it should save, and if AI isn’t the right answer, I’ll say so.
What it would do
The exact task, the data it would see, and where a person stays in the loop.
What it should save
An honest estimate of hours per week, set against the cost to build and run it.
Is it worth it?
If a simple automation would do the job better, you’ll hear that first.
Useful jobs for AI in a small or mid-sized business
AI is good at reading, sorting and drafting. It works best when a person still makes the final call.
Answering customer questions
Common questions about hours, services, order status or bookings answered from your own information, with anything tricky passed to your team.
Sorting & summarizing paperwork
Incoming documents, forms and emails sorted, summarized and the key details pulled out, ready for someone to review.
Drafting reports
First drafts of routine reports and write-ups from your data, so your team edits instead of starting from a blank page.
Start small, measure, then decide
I won’t bill you for complexity you don’t need.
Find the right task
A repetitive job where reading, sorting or drafting takes real time every week.
Estimate the payoff
Hours saved per week, the cost to build and run it, and a plain-language explanation of what data it uses.
Try it on real work
A small version runs alongside your team, who check its output before anyone relies on it.
Keep it or drop it
If it saves the time it should, we roll it out. If not, you’ve spent little and learned a lot.
AI for business: common questions
Is AI right for my business?
Maybe. If something isn’t worth building, or AI isn’t the right answer, I’ll tell you. Often a simple automation does the job more reliably and for less.
What happens to our data?
Before anything is built, I explain in plain language what data the AI would see and where it’s processed, so you can decide with confidence. I never share what you tell me about your business, and I’m happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement.
Will it replace my staff?
That’s not the goal. The aim is to take the repetitive reading and typing off your team’s plate, while a person still checks anything that matters.
What does it cost?
The intro call is free. Work is billed at $110/hr with a written estimate and budget cap. AI services can also have their own usage fees, which I’ll include in the estimate.
Curious whether AI could help? Ask me.
A free 15–30 minute intro call. Tell me which task takes up your team’s time, and I’ll give you a straight answer on whether AI is worth it.
